Changed router trying to connect outdoor spotlight/camera IQ.  Get “Something went wrong” during the final connect phase, only option is the “exit Setup”.  Using Setup Code since I lost the QR code.  I Have three cameras connected but have QR codes for those.  They work fine on the same network and with Google Home and Nest.

Have tried

Connect with Google Home vice Nest

Reset Modem/Router

Reset Camera

Power down Camera/spotlight overnight battery dead.  Reconnected to power.

Camera light is constant green.  A reset gets a momentary white light then back to solid green.

I final connect phase always get "Something went wrong"

Update problem resolved.  Insure camera is on rest to factory.  Press invisible rest button on back of cameras 14 seconds  until chimes play.  Light in front will change color then turn white.  It is now in pairing mode.  Works with quick press if the light turns white.
