Cannot reconnect Nest Doorbell

We were having issues with our Google Nest WiFi system, so we factory reset it, which fixed our issues. After factory resetting our network, our Nest Doorbell will not reconnect. I have tried to deleting and reinstalling the Home app, factory reset the doorbell, tried to connect it using a different device, did the suggested troubleshooting (airplane mode off then on, restart my device, ect.), and even tried to hotspot my device to another on our network; but no matter what I try I continuously get a "Something went wrong, please try again later". Any help as to what else I could possibly do to get my doorbell reconnected?

Thanks for posting here in the community. I'm sorry to hear you cannot reconnect your Nest Doorbell. I'm happy to help!

 

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

 

  • When did the inconvenience start?
  • How far is the camera from the router?
  • Do you have other Nest devices in the house?
  • Are there other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi where the camera is connected?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the doorbell?
  • What's the status LED light?

In the meantime, let's check a few things:
