Charging doorbell

Hey community. We bought our google doorbell just a few months ago. It’s battery charged.  The charge only last a couple of weeks and when I go to charge it it takes longer than 24 hours.  

I’ve restarted it and it still says 11 hours to fully charge.  I’ve used different outlets.  Using the Google wire provided to charge. 

what am I missing?

What are you plugging the charger into, a USB port or an actual USB adapter into the wall outlet? If plugged into the adapter and wall, what is the power output of the adapter? Should be at least 7.5 watts

Hi, i use the google charger as well. it does take an age to charge.

It's supposed to take 5 hours to charge, not 24 as the OP mentioned.
