Cold weather battery not charging. Is there a heater available to allow battery to charge in cold

Are there any heaters available that may be installed around nest floodlight camera  and /or video doorbells to allow the battery to charge during cold weather conditions. I continue to get alerts that the battery is low and/or too cold to charge and/or offline.

You shouldn't have to worry about the floodlight camera unless you have really cold temperatures, since it's powered by household current. We've had a battery camera (the same camera used in the floodlight fixture) for over three years; it's plugged in with the optional power cable and has been "Live" and online through three Minnesota winters at temperatures as cold as -20 degrees Fahrenheit.

The battery doorbell seems to be a different story. It always runs on battery power, and the battery doesn't charge at lower temperatures (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/11830989)

I don't know of any heaters that might help.
