Door bell camera

I have a nest door bell camera.

I can turn the camera on on my phone in the nest app. An a day or so latter the camera will turn off by itself?  Thank you Joey

Hey Joeym1,

 

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. When did it start happening? Were there changes made with the setup, settings, and/or app of the Nest camera? Are you using the USB cable and adapter that was shipped with the camera? Also, is the cable fully and securely plugged into both the camera and the adapter?

Thank you for your help. No change’s to the nest camera. Also I’m use the set up that came with the camera. 
I can turn the camera on and within 24 hours it turns off by itself??? 
I have looked and tried to fix it myself! I’m no good!!!

Let's see what's going on. Is your Home/Away assist turned on? If so, could you turn it off and monitor your camera if it turns off by itself?
