So, gave the doorbell a charge. Once fully charged, returned it to its spot outside. After maybe a day, a notification saying that the device was offline, to reconnect or recharge.
It was displaying a solid green light but was unresponsive. I tried connecting tk charge and nothing happened. I went to reset the device, I had a pulsing white light and then absolutely nothing.
After waiting for 10 minutes I tried another reset. I then got rapid flashing white light followed by nothing.
It now won't reset, won't turn on, and won't charge. Anyone else encountered this?

Uh-oh! I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Doorbell battery is not charging. Have you checked the charging port to see if there is no debris blocking the charger from fitting? If there is, use a dry cotton swab to clean off any dirt buildup then check if the device will charge.
