I switched to nest wifi router and point.
Changed all my nest devices wifi to this new nest wifi
I am trying to set up nest doorbell battery. it goes smooth all the way to the point where it says . connected to network but then its continuously shows the error "reset the factory settings and try again". Tried it multiple times and still no working.
I tried to reset factory settings while doorbell was plugged in because then only I could see light turning off and then after pressing for 5 secs it turns white and then it makes a sound and then it shows to pulsating blue. Is pulsating plus the sign of resetting of factory settings done correctly?
Can anyone help why I can't setup doorbell even after its connected to network and tried resetting factory settings multiple times
