My nest doorbell (battery) fell off and lens is broken.I purchased it in November 2021 so it’s out of warranty. Is there any way to get it repaired or replaced?
This seems to be a recurring theme on the blogs, if it’s a design fault (which seems reasonable to assume) just because it’s out of warranty why wouldn’t you try and help either repair or replace, seems very poor for something that costs a lot

I keep seeing posts in this forum from customers whose battery doorbell simply fell off of its mount. This certainly seems like a design flaw.
You could try contacting Support to see whether they'll replace it even though it's more than a year old. (Google Nest does not have any repair options and they do not sell spare parts.) Start with the link below and click on "Next step" on the "Resources" page to get to the contact options (phone call or chat):
