Doorbell is falling off the wall bracket

I recently purchased the Nest Doorbell with Camera. The bracket has been installed to the wall as per instructions and videos. But the doorbell piece falls off with just a light tap. I am pushing it down and not hearing a click. 

I have seen other people comment about this issue but I’m getting an error message come up when I look for comments or advice on how to fix it.

Any help on this would be appreciated

I had this problem as well but I finally got it to snap in place.  But it is not a very well thought out design in my opinion.  Like so many other aspects of this product (also my opinion).
