However, my two older gen inside cameras are online and have never had any issues. I have already reset the doorbell and reinstalled once since I bought it (a few months or so ago). Why is this constantly happening?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? How far is your doorbell from your Wi-Fi router? Are you using a dual-band router (2.4GHz and 5GHz)? Are you getting any error messages? Also, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?
