Doorbell wired does not recognize my account

Any idea why nest doorbell is disconnected from my account? Doorbell recognizes my husband’s Google account, I was the original account for nest doorbell. When I migrated over to Google several months ago, I noticed, only recently, all video is gone via my account. I tried adding the doorbell back as a product but it wants me to ask another user( husband) to switch it over. We should both be able to access the doorbell.

Thanks for getting back to me. I did have an appointment for Friday, Dec. 31 with OnTech services but had to cancel due to the Marshall Fire in Colorado. My husband and I had to evacuate and as of Dec. 30, in the evening, we didn’t know if there would be a home standing plus the mandatory evacuation didn't allow people into the area. Our home did not burn down. It was the doorbell, which can be viewed from my husband’s phone, that helped us determine on Dec. 31 the home and neighborhood did not burn. 

 
Anyway, because the account is accessible via my husband’s phone, it makes me think something happened when I migrated to Google last July and my husband’s own account. We can access the video through his phone but that doesn’t help me out.
 
Not sure what to do to proceed. We are in the middle of smoke mitigation right now.

I am sorry to hear that you guys had a horrible experience with the fire! It sounds to me, that when you guys migrated your account, it may have been switched to your husbands Google account. This could be why you no longer have the access, and he does. Check to make sure that your google logins are the same, and if he needs to add you to the Home/structure, then he can do that.

Ok, I figured out what happened. My husband needed to invite me to the new Google Home app. All is well. The app is quite nice, has many features to learn and/or use. But at least, now the video doorbell is available for viewing.
