I have a nest doorbell - worked great & then had to get new WiFi modem & router - & now I can’t get my doorbell to recognize the new WiFi. I have done all the troubleshooting that is listed - rebooted my router & modem - reset my doorbell to factory reset - turned airplane mode off & on - nothing works!!!! I’ve tried these steps hundreds of times. What can I do different - I’m about to give up & purchase a new one - & not a google one. Help!!!

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings, so they first recommend that when you get a new router/modem, you set the network name (SSID) and password to the same values used on your old router/modem. That way, you don't have to update your Google Nest devices. That's what we did when we got a new router/modem.
If you can't do this, then you have to remove the device from the Google Home app and do a factory reset while you are still on the old Wi-Fi system. If you can't do that because the old Wi-Fi is already gone, you may need to contact Google Nest Support and have them override the controls on Google Nest's servers that won't let you proceed.
