This is a wired doorbell, not battery. Anyway, the Doorbell used to but no longer announces on my Nest Speakers when somebody pushes the doorbell button. I have checked all the Doorbell settings per several other posts, and still get no resolution (turn off ring duration as it is mechanical doorbell, ensured connected to same wi-fi network, reconnected doorbell to wi-fi network, etc.).
It does ring my mechanical doorbell once in a while if I push the doorbell button just so.
Anyone else experience this?
Is it possible that the device just doesn't work? It does still record video, and I get a notification on my phone when somebody comes to my door to deliver a package, etc.
