Google Home Live camera feed

The Google Home app does not connect or show live feed on Google cameras- the nest app does on those cameras which support Nest.

 

Please resolve this issue

yes. all your customers who were duped into buying Google cameras remain unsatisfied with the poor streaming service and will therefore remain unhappy until you promise to resolve  .

Sorry for the delayed response. What type of Nest camera do you have? Also, what error message are you getting when you try to access your camera on the Google Home app? Keep us posted.

No error message. New cameras dont show on nest app. Google Home app doesnt have  the same playback options and loses history. Why change something that works. Awful service

Thank you for your feedback on this issue, I fully understand the frustrations of not having your new Nest Cams in the Nest App or available on https://bit.ly/3HtBgJC web app. I can imagine having to use two different apps at the moment is quite daunting, and could lead to frustration. 

 

However, the new Nest cameras and doorbell are exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. Thank you for your continued patience, and support.

I also had this with a customer. I couldn't get it resolved with Nest support. eventually removed all cameras. let the customer create a new house for his partner in the Home app. so also on a different Gmail address. then invited himself again, now live video again.
