Google Home & Google Nest Doorbell

So we have a google home and we're loving it.

We switched out our Ring doorbell because it wasn't compatible with our google home and also since we have our google ecosystem along with the nest thermostat & and a nest cam (wired); so we got the google doorbell (battery)! and its been great to have but my only issue i've been having is we don't have an external chime installed and i assumed my google. home would notify me when someone rings the doorbell. We've been missing who rings if we dont have our phones on us all the time. any one has any solutions or something i'm missing?

You can purchase a Nest Mini $37-$50) or Nest Hub (80-$100), install it in the same Google Nest "home/structure") and turn on "Visitor announcements" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451) for your doorbell.
