Google Nest App and Google Home App

I am just seeing messages regarding the trouble adding new cameras to the Nest App. Most messages are a couple years old. Has there been in progress to update the Nest App to allow for new cameras to be added? The Home App just isn't comparable to the Nest App.

Hi there,

All newer (2nd Gen) Nest cameras have been designed to be used with the Google Home app. Please see the Google Nest blog post linked below from when they were introduced.
