Google Nest Cam and Doorbell - new home

I recently bought a new home and the previous owners left their Google Cams and Doorbells.  There are 2 of each and they are hardwired to the house.   I am wanting to reset them so I can use them for myself.  How do I go about doing that?  I don't have access to the previous owners account information or passwords.

The previous owner needs to remove the cameras and doorbells from their account in the Google Nest app or Google Home app, as appropriate.

If they fail to do so, you can do a "factory reset", but some 1st gen cameras can only be factory reset by removing them from the Google Nest app.
