Google Nest Door Bell (Battery) Back Plate Replacement

My Google Nest Doorbell (less than a year old) Back Plate just got twisted and won't work anymore, I need a replacement but noticed that there is absolutely nothing online, does anyone knows how I can use it without it, or does anyone know where can I get a replacement? 😞
