I've replaced a new router then I had all my Google devices: Google Nest Hub and Google Mini Speaker as well and had them set up perfectly but my video doorbell won't. I factory reseted it, everything went smoothly but it's stuck at finishing up screen then another screen appeared "Something went wrong. Try connecting again. If that doesn't work try rebooting your device or turning your phone's airplane mode on and off before trying again." I tried both ways but didn't work. Gonna call Nest customer support now but they're off on Saturday. So sad!

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I would love to help however I can. Are you connecting the Doorbell to a new connection? I would suggest trying to Factory Reset it by holding down the button for at least 20 seconds. See if that fixes the issue and try again to install.
