Hello, I recently just got a nest doorbell in Canada on vacation. Took it back home to the Bahamas, set it up and charged it. It is now ready to go and shows the white light. However, when I try to set it up on the google home app it says it cannot connect to cloud. What cloud is it referring to? What do I do now?

The "cloud" probably means Google Nest's servers.
Google Nest's battery doorbell is currently listed as supported in "Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States"

I'm just another Google Nest customer; I don't know if you can get it to work in your location.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. Unfortunately, you cannot use a device from Canada outside of Canada because of streaming/cloud issues that you are experiencing. It must be used in the region it was purchased in.
Best regards,
Brad
