I purchased a Google camera with flood light for our home in the Bahamas. We have a nest subscription in the USA and I love it. I was able to get the camera added to “Google Home” on my iPhone. But it only allows me to see a few hours of video. Which I know this is because I need a subscription. I go to Nest and scan the camera bar code and it states that I need to add it on Google Home. It’s already on Google home. How do I get the subscription, if I can’t get the camera added on Nest app? My goal is to view old videos of property in the Bahamas, how can I do that?

Is your existing Nest Aware subscription on the same Google Account and for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your floodlight camera?
If you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions, for 2nd gen Nest Aware subscriptions) and click on your Nest Aware subscription, does it show the same Google Nest "home/structure" as the one where your camera is installed?
Note also that the floodlight camera can only be installed in the Google Home app, and 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions apply only to individual 1st gen cameras and doorbells, and NOT to the floodlight camera, which is 2nd gen. Also note that a Nest Aware subscription applies only to cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure", and a Google Nest "home/structure" applies only to one Wi-Fi network (which means you cannot have a Nest Aware subscription and a Google Nest "home/structure" that applies both to cameras in the USA and in the Bahamas).
(I'm just another Google Nest customer.)
