Hi!
We’ve had our Google doorbell for about 6 months. Just recently, the doorbell is showing that the doorbell is not mounted. We tried taking down the camera to charge and remount but haven’t had success. Anyone else have this issue? And if so what was the remediation?

We do not have the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery), but I've seen several posts in this forum regarding problems with the mounting bracket being defective. You could, I suppose, go into Settings | Device Information | Camera Mount and change it to a non-Google mount. Or you could try contacting Google Nest Support to see if they'll send you a replacement mounting bracket under the 1-year warranty: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp
