I use my nest cameras wirelessly outdoor, but two of them don’t seem to want to charge anymore. I plug them into the charger, I get the connection sound, the white light is on, but it won’t charge.

Update:
Apparently it was charging, however the camera had somehow gone offline. I had to remove the device from my app and re activate it, which proved more difficult than it sounds. I had to go into my Bell Fibe Modem and try to make it so that I could get the 2.4 Wi-Fi signal, as the camera wouldn’t connect to my wifi. Once I got that all figured out, my camera was able to connect to wifi and I was able to add it back into my app. Everything seems to be working fine now. Thanks 🙂

Is the USB plug firmly seated in the bottom of the camera, and with the cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera? Judging from other posts, it seems there are issues with that plug seating tightly and correctly.
