How do two separate units have access to the common shared camera in front and back of townhouse

Two units have a shared entrance at the front and back of the building.  We used to both have a login but now only mine works.  Does anyone know how to set it up for two separate users?  My login shows two accounts, one is my personal inside thermostats and the other is the common cameras.  I don’t want the upstairs neighbor to have access to my thermostats, just the shared camera account.

Hi Sanderson,

Thanks for posting here in the community. Your concern is about sharing your camera with the other person. You can do that by inviting them as a family member. Here's how.

Keep us posted.

Thanks,
Emerson

No, I tried and it said the account would have to be migrated which changes my personal account with my home thermostats.   Is this the only way?

Hello Sanderson,

Thanks for getting back to us and for trying the steps we've suggested. If your own account is not yet migrated and you need to share your Nest Thermostats to other users, it will require you to migrate. Because the Nest App will ask you to use the Google Home app to invite other users. You may review the link I've shared above. Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Emerson
