How to install Hello doorbell without a Nest account

I was able to successfully install the outdoor cameras with Google Home.  The Hello doorbell however would not install and required the legacy Nest App.  That's fine, but I already have another home on my legacy Nest App.  How do I now just migrate this new home over to Google Home to integrate with my rental house account and leave the original Nest home alone?

Looks like I either need a new legacy Nest account (which is no longer available for creation) to re-install the doorbell with or a way to migrate just one of the properties over to Google home and not both Nest properties co-mingled.

Thoughts?
