Twice in the past week I've experienced issues with my Nest archive data request under my account. In fact, one such request resulted in a complete failure, and the next request, which I couldn't make until the first one finally failed 7 days later, is still pending 24 hours later (it usually never takes more than 12 hours).
I need this archive footage for pending legal matters, and it's really insane that I've never had it being an issue until right now. I'll lose the important footage in 24 hours if it's not included in an archive.
