Hi zzboy10,

Yikes! If your camera's face identification feature is incorrectly identifying you and your brother as the same person, here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Make sure your camera is positioned correctly and has a clear view of your faces. Poor lighting conditions, shadows, or obstructions can affect the accuracy of face identification. Consider adjusting the camera angle or adding additional lighting to improve the camera's ability to distinguish between different individuals.
  2. Review the camera's settings related to face identification and ensure they are properly configured. Some cameras allow you to adjust sensitivity levels or define specific face profiles. Experimenting with these settings may help improve the accuracy of face identification.
  3. Check if there are any available firmware updates for your camera. Manufacturers often release updates that include improvements to face identification algorithms and overall performance. Updating to the latest firmware version may help address any known issues.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Zoe
