My nest outdoor cam has lost its’ lens cover. How can I get a replacement one?

Hi My nest outdoor cam has lost its’ lens cover. How can I get a replacement one? if its really meant for outdoor Nest should have built these cameras well. I guess they are cheaply built. how can I get a replacement lens cover ?

your customer service was helpless... as we are beyond 1 year warranty... may be NEST should advertise our products will last only 1 year

found a way to get that fixed cheaply.... ordered watch glass with 29mm diameter, 1.5mm thick from eBay and used glue to stick it back. may be you all can use same fix if you are beyond your warranty period.

Lost hopes on NEST Customer Service, they simply refer to their 1 year warranty and don't care about product defects or poor designs or product flaws....

NEST 👎 thumbs down for designing poor product and not honoring resolutions to these defect at-least case by case..
