Nest Cam Offline

I recently was given the option to merge my xfinty 2.4ghz and 5.0 ghz under one wifi name. After doing so, one of my four nest cams will not connect. I kept the exact same wifi and had no issues reconnecting with four out of the five devices. I tried using the app and scanning the barcode to update wifi but it gets hung up. I unplugged the camera and plugged it back in and I restarted my modem/router multiple times with no luck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there,

I can imagine this has been an inconvenience, and I would love to look into this further for you. Have you tried to Factory Reset your camera, that isn't working as well? I know it is definitely not the first choice, but in this case, you have other cameras present, so it shouldn't be too hard to reset it. Please make sure to hold down the button for at least 30 seconds instead of 15 seconds.

Best regards,
Brad
