I bought a Nest Cam Outdoor in NOV 2021. The power supply has failed, and I would like to request a replacement. The camera still works if I use a different power supply, but the one that came with the Nest no longer is providing power from the USB port connector. Please advise.

It is the original Nest Outdoor Camera that has the long power cord and round USB adapter. The USB adapter no longer provides power. The unit was purchased new in NOV 2021, so it has only been in use for 3 months.

We have three Google Nest Outdoor Cameras, with the power cables feeding to the USB adapters inside our detached garage. They are 22 months, 17 months, and 9 months old. I hope ours last, since the USB adapters aren't sold anymore. It seems crazy we should have to worry about them failing so soon, and even crazier that Google has ceased making them for cameras that are still relatively new.

I recently bought four of these cameras and had them installed. Y OnTech through Google. The tech ran one wire along the inside of my garage door. After using it for a month the wire frayed, the camera is dead and it caused circuits to trip. Not sure if it is worth contacting f OnTech to have them replace the cord, but it’s crazy it would be an easy fix if I could just buy a replacement cord/adapter.
