My Nest Outdoor camera was working great then one day I couldn’t see any video, even though I was getting sound & motion alerts. When I went to log into the app I couldn’t remember my password & it asked if I wanted to log in via my Google account. I said yes & was able to log in, but my camera doesn’t show up as an active device. I tried to add it, but get the dreaded “on another account “ response. I can’t get onto the old Nest related hotmail account that I used to initially set up the camera & the Google account won’t let me see it. Can I get this working or do I just have to throw away a perfectly good camera?
