Nest Cameras Not Working in Routines

I have 5 Nest Cams (hardwired) that I want to control via Google Home routines. Home and Away works fine, the cams disable when I’m in range of home. They also work fine in the Home App GUI itself, with full functionality.

My issue is that any routine I create that includes a Nezt Cam, will not save. Gives a message “invalid starter”. The cams show up as controllable devices on the routine setup, but they don’t seem to actually work.

Any advice appreciated! Thanks.

I get the same error. On household routines, if you add a starter command for something to say: For example: "Turn on the cameras", and you choose a camera as the action to turn on, once you save it, the error displays as invalid starter/action combination. It works for sunrise and sunset and home and away, but does not by saying a command. This has to be a bug.
