My Nest Doorbell (Battery) will not factory reset. A while back, the doorbell lost connection to the wi-fi and could not re-establish no matter what I did. A OneTech technician came out to perform diagnostics and he too could nto factory reset the doorbell. He held the button down for over 10 seconds, but only a white light in the camera would light up. Nothing else. No yellow lights, no blue lights, nothing. Battery had juice to it and in fact it was plugged in at the time. Should this be returned to Google? Any way to fix it? It's past the return policy for the retail store (kohls) I purchased at.

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. When and where did you purchase your Nest Doorbell (Battery)? Also, are you in the same country where you bought it?

I purchased it from kohls in November. Part of a Black Friday deal. I am in the same country as where I purchased it.
