I just purchased the Nest Doorbell (battery) but cannot link it with the Nest Wifi Speakers, saying that "Electronic chimes won't work with your doorbell when it is using battery power", how to solve this problem?!

The message is poorly worded and causes confusion.
It simply means that if your battery doorbell is NOT wired to an indoor doorbell chime (mechanical or electronic) and a doorbell transformer, then of course it cannot ring that indoor doorbell chime, and the "Indoor chime" option is disabled and grayed out.
If you turn on "Visitor announcements" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/767245) on your battery doorbell, you should get visitor announcements via Wi-Fi on your Nest speakers, Nest Hubs, and Nest Minis, as long as they are in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Wi-Fi network and are NOT set to "Do not disturb".
