How does one go about getting the lens repaired? These forums have not been much help. The links I see just keep routing me back to a thread discussing this issue
Hello, I'm an end user like you. To the best of my knowledge Google will only help if the camera is still under the 1-year warranty. If it is you can use the link (below) to get some help. If not then I'm afraid they won't help as they do not sell parts and they do not offer repair.
