I want to plug in the outdoor nest cameras and my “only” electric available is to “tap into” my outdoor lights. They are on a timer, so the cameras will only receive AC Power when the timers go on. The question is, will the cameras use battery during the day and will they end up “charging” at night and use AC power. These are on a vacation home, so I will not be able to “recharge” the batteries when needed.
