Have owned Nest Camera since new. The camera view no longer appears on nest app. When I attempt to add camera to account message appears - camera cannot be added, camera is registered to another account.
I am the only owner of nest camera since purchAsed new. Camera has worked up till 3 months ago. Camera displays on wife’s Android phone. I can’t see camera on Nest App to remove and add again. The google takeover of nest has not benefitted nest customers.
Are you signed into the same account as your wifes phone? It sounds like you do not have access for whatever reason if you are not seeing the camera. Talk with your wife and see if you guys can give you access to the account. First verify you are in the correct account.
