Hello. Just changed WiFi and cannot get my outdoor cam in to connect. I’m getting code c102. I have unplugged and restarted. Any other ideas?

Same happened to me. I had it connected to new wifi and it went offline and it won’t reconnect. I did a factory restart and removed the device but it states “something went wrong” when I try to connect back to my Google home app. My second camera works just fine.

Oh no. Really. Has anyone else found a solution?

It is often a challenge to perform a successful factory reset; I've seen many posts from customers reporting success only after several attempts.
Also, some 1st gen Google Nest cameras can only be factory reset by removing them from the Google Nest app while still on the old Wi-Fi network.
The restart and factory reset instructions are here; scroll down for factory reset instructions:

Mine is a second gen but even when I tried to connect to new network it stlll gets the “something went wrong” message when I try and connect. I’ve removed it from the old network, did a factory restart, and tried with new wifi but still can’t get this to work. Should I let the battery die?

Never mind. Found another post about pushing the button until yellow light goes out. I only did the rest for 12 seconds until yellow light flashed and heard the sound. I waited for like 30 seconds and the blue light finally came on.
