I can’t set a time for my camera schedule. When I tap on the time it just closes what is expandable and doesn’t let me adjust the time

Hey there JD Briscoe 3555,
I'm sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to make sure you got some help. I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the scheduling, I know it can be confusing, but I'm happy to help.

If you don't mind, what troubleshooting steps have you taken, and are you still experiencing this issue?

I would suggest reviewing this article so that you can go through recreating the schedule.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

When clicking the Turn off at and Turn on at buttons, the app won’t allow me to change the time. It sets at 12:00 am and 1:00am, respectively, and cannot be changed. Why does this happen? Any fix?

Did anyone receive a fix for this problem?

Yup. open your web page on iPad and go to google nest. It will let you change it or the same on a laptop.

Are they planning to fix in iOS?

They just release an update to the Nest App. The functionality is back and can now adjust the time to set the on/off schedules for the camera.

What about in the Home App for the new cameras? It’s doesn’t seem to have this option at all. The battery isn’t doing well when we spend an afternoon in the back yard. Manually turning if off is an option as long as I remember to manually turn it back on… that’s not proving equal or better in a new App release.
