Nest camera

Nest account never successfully migrated to Google account. When try to log on with Nest it says password invalid so try password reset but never receive the password reset email from Nest. When create a google account and log in that way the setup halts at scanning the QCR code since it already exists as a Nest account (and I can’t access that since Nest never sends the password reset). Any solution or just throw it out and look for anything but Google products?
