Nest does not recognize my iPhone for home and away

The nest system is still not recognizing when we leave the home despite our locations settings are turned always on. We have to manually go into the Nest app and tell her that we are away

I'm so sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to make sure your concerns were addressed. Sorry to hear that your nest devices aren't recognizing when you are gone, that can be frustrating, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 
 
I was able to find a good article that has some troubleshooting steps in it. I'd also check this article out that talks about Presence Sensing.
