Nest doorbell (battery) not connected anymore

My doorbell nest camera says it won’t connect due to a battery issue, there’s no light activity until I plugged the battery in again to charge and now it’s solid yellow after blinking white. The battery was fully charging still wasn’t working hasn’t worked in a while since it died, a couple of months ago and now it’s not working at all

How old is it?  If it is less than 1-year then Google will most likely replace it for you.  But if not you are on your own.  You can open an official support ticket and speak with a Google Tech person.  Here is the link to get you going...  If you call them you should set aside an hour as they will probably want to do some basic trouble shooting with you
