Nest doorbell install problem

All day I have been trying to replace my non-working Nest wired doorbell (Gen 1). I am replacing it with a new, same Gen 1 Hello wired doorbell.  After the physical install, I tried numerous times to get the doorbell to connect and show up in my active Nest network of 5 cameras, using the Nest app.  Everything goes fine until the app looks for a Nest product to connect to, to finish getting info to connect.  I get a something went wrong error, along with an NC013 error, which is telling me the camera couldn't connect with my other Nest products.  I have 2 other cameras within 30 feet of it, that it does NOT try to connect to them, instead, the doorbell finds my farthest Nest Outdoor camera, about 100 feet away, in my back yard, which it never succeeds in connecting to.  I have tried resetting the doorbell, trying to get it to connect to a newer camera about a foot away from it, etc...nothing seems to work.  What is my issue?, how can I get this Nest doorbell to connect to something and finish installing?

Hello surv1,

It sounds like you're having trouble connecting to your Nest Camera through the app. I'm here to help. Just to confirm, Have you tried connecting the Nest doorbell to USB type C cable and placing it to near to the Nest camera it’s trying to connect? Did you try creating a new home structure and test if the Nest doorbell will connect? Or have you tried using a different phone and reinstalling the Nest app?

I look forward to your response.

Cheers,
Edmond
