Nest doorbell were set up on another person's account.

Hello 

I just installed the doorbell , unfortunately after I setup the app it shows :devices were set up on another person's account.

But I bought it brand new for Amazon ! Please let me know how to solve it, thanks

If you can return that device to Amazon that would be best. It has been used and set up with another's account. I would expect when purchasing something "new" it would not come with an account already attached to it.

If not, try and factory reset it and see if you can then set it up.
