Nest doorbell wired won't connect anymore - green steady light

Hi, my Nest doorbell wired is not reconnecting anymore to the app, has a steady green light.  I tried about everything to reset, hard reset it but returns to green steady light.  Don't seem to react anymore.  It's only 2 years old.  I tried the customer service, real joke, no answer after many attemps.  Anybody can help?  Thanks

I forgot to mention that I don't have the blue ring neither.  Thanks

As a side note; we unfortunately do not offer replacements for parts. If your device is no longer under warranty, we aren't able to offer a replacement.
