Nest doorbell won't connect to WiFi

Using Google home - Nest door bell shows up with Nest thermostat, but only highlights thermostat and tries to connect. Thermostat works fine. After scanning code on doorbell, get checkmark, and nothing after that in Google home, no failure code(s), tried phone data on and off, reset doorbell to factory settings, 2.4GHz, new router, voltage to doorbell 22 volts, blue light, for some reason in google home says doorbell was deleted (not by me), had issues with two new router, and now using Nighthawk AC1900, would value thoughts.

Thanks for your thoughts. Didn't contact Google nest, removed thermostat from Google home, then was able to install doorbell, reinstalled thermostat, and all seems good so far.

You may need to speak with a Google Nest tech person on this.  You can open a support ticket here and once you fill in the information you will have the option to speak with a person on the phone.  Be ready to spend about an hour as they will no doubt want to do basic trouble shooting.
