Nest doorbell

I have factory reset, reset wifi, powered off phone and airplane mode and my door at still will not connect with my WiFi. I keep getting something went wrong…

Hi Kimmiekay,  The only thing I can think of is do you have BLUETOOTH turned ON on your phone?  I think the first handshake with the nest devices is via bluetooth.
