The nest doorbell is 2 weeks only and it will not hold its charge. it has been charged over night x 2 and still does not work for more than 3-4 hrs

We don't have a battery doorbell, but you could try contacting Support to determine whether you have a faulty doorbell. Are you in a cold weather climate? The battery doorbell doesn't do well in cold weather: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/11830989
