Hi, my nest cam outdoor with floodlight keeps cycling on and off.
Any attempt to adjust sensitivity in the app is impossible because all features related to the light are inaccessible.
It is off because i can access settings relating to the camera and mic, but not the light.
It is driving me (and probably my neighbors) bananas.
Anyone have any ideas?

Also, i have timed the incidents.
If i turn off the light, it turns itself back on within 15 seconds.
I have removed any routines associated with this device, and the problem persists.

I am having the same or similar issues, just installed the floodlight yesterday. When I try click on the floodlight settings button either via the camera settings or directly on the floodlight brightness settings it says it's unable to connect, so I can't change any of the options that trigger the light. I can view the camera and change all the cam settings, and the floodlight does come on when it senses motion, just "unable to connect" when I try to change the floodlight settings. I have reached out for support from nest and waiting for a response from them. Hoping they can fix this, I assume it's a software bug..

Just following up on this, mine actually started to work and was able to access the floodlight settings after about a day after installing. I didn't actually do anything, so not sure what made it work. Maybe just needed time to update or something, strange
