I have a Nest outdoor wired camera. It has been operating without fail for a couple of years. I recently purchased a Google doorbell and connected it via the home app. I attempted to add the nest camera to the home app. The home app indicated the camera needed to be transferred from the Nest app to the Home app. I completed the process and the camera disappeared from the nest app and the home app and my account.
I attempted to connect it again using the both the Nest app and the Home from my Android phone. Then I did the same from my iPhone. from the Android app it hangs on 'Connecting... connecting to you camera'. from the iPhone it times out on 'Connect to Wifi... then the error C102 appears. Ofcourse I've tried powering it down and number of times, resetting Bluetooth, etc. etc.
the camera is not associated any longer with my account and there does not appear to be a factory reset. Be nice if there was a factory reset pin

You might have to contact Support (see below), since this seems to be a glitch with the beta "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app. We're not using this "Public Preview" version (which has been available in "preview" status since Oct. 2022) and have NOT transferred any of our 1st gen cameras and doorbells because the Google Home app still lacks many Nest app functions (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/13038234#zippy=%2Cnest-app-only-features).
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
